Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped by UPS Ground or SUREPOST (USPS delivery). All items are shipped FOB. Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day Select services are available at an additional charge. Please call for a quote 800-346-4962.

International Shipping

International orders are subject to import/export customs duty tax. These fees are not charged by Scamp nor are they calculated during the checkout process. When applicable, these fees will be added and charged to you on delivery.

Return Policy

All items, except electronics, gas powered equipment, wood products and upholstery can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition.

To make a return

Contact Customer Service to request an RGA number. Write the RGA number on the outside of the package. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate packaging to protect the item(s) during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Electronics and gas powered equipment are not returnable. These items must be warrantied through the manufacturer.

Upholstery and wood products are not returnable. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days for replacement.

To Cancel an Order

Call 800-346-4962 to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled if they have already shipped.
